JEJAK KASIH

Alhamdulillah, hari selamat menghadiri majlis perkahwinan kawan yang merupakan satu sekolah rendah, dan satu kem PLKN... majlis yang meriah, di FRIM, kepong. hajat di hati nk sampai ke majlis awal2, tapi tak sangka akhirnya menunggu di Stesen LRT gombak selama sejam dlu. tak pe la.. yang penting dapat pegi dan jumpa kawan2. tu lebih penting.. dengan harapan dapat berjumpa kawan2 sekolah lama... akhirnya doa dimakbulkan... dapat juga aku berjumpa teman paling rapat di sana... terasa sangat berbaloi menunggu sejam dan dapat berjumpa dengan kawan yang dah 12 tahun tak berjumpa.. Alhamdulillah... kawan2 semakin cantik...
buat pasangan pengantin, aku doakan semoga rumah tangga mereka diberkati Allah dan dilapangkan pintu rezeki. Semoga setiap ujian yang bakal melanda akan dapat diahrungi dengan tabah dan keyakinan yang tinggi terhadap Kasih sayang Allah. 

asthmatic..

Assalamualaikum, 
Alhamdulillah masih lagi bernafas di muka bumi Allah ni.. Tanpa keizinannya, sapa la kita untuk berada di muka bumi ini..
Sepanjang sebulan yang sibuk ni, kesihatan aku pun semakin merosot, kalau dulu jarang kna ambil ventolin, sekarang terpaksa guna nebulizer di klinik seminggu sekali. Kalau dulu tdo malam lena, sekarang asyik terganggu dek semput dan kejang kaki. Dalam sebulan ntah brapa banyak tablet Ventoline n Prednisolone yang aku telan.. Aslkan aku dapat bernafas dan bergerak. Masih banyak perkara yang perlu diselesaikan.. Jadi aku harus bertahan sedikit sahaja lagi..
Antara ubat-ubatan yang aku ambil ialah Ventoline tablet 2mg, ventoline evohaler 200metered actuation, Prednisolone 5mg, n Flixotide Evohaler 120metered actuation. 
By the way.. Alang2 aku duk cakap pasal ventoline dan Prednisolone n bagai2 ni, ni ada beberapa artikel yang dapat membantu untuk asthmatic seperti aku, berkenaan ubat-ubatan yang diambil..         
- Ventolin Tablets 2mg:  White  tablets  each  containing  2mg  Salbutamol  as Salbutamol Sulphate BP. Engraved with the code 6X/CN3  on one side. 

- Ventolin 2mg Tablets  are  indicated for the treatment of reversible airways obstruction of all types of asthma, chronic bronchitis and emphysema.        
                                     
- Salbutamol has a duration  of  4-6 hours in most patients. As there may be adverse effects associated with excessive dosing, the dosage or frequency of administration should only be increased on medical advice.        

- Salbutamol tablets are   contra-indicated   in  patients  with  a  history  of hypersensitivity to any of their components. Although intravenous salbutamol and occasionally salbutamol tablets  are used in the  management of premature labour uncomplicated by conditions such as placenta praevia, ante-partum haemorrhage or toxaemia of pregnancy, salbutamol presentations should not be used for threatened abortion. Untuk prednisolone,

- Prednisolone is chemically related to Hydrocortisone, one of the steroid hormones produced by the adrenal gland (adrenal cortex) which plays a complex role in regulating body functions and without which survival would not be possible. Prednisolone Tablets are taken as a replacement for Hydrocortisone where this is deficient either because there is a primary failure (or insufficiency) of Hydrocortisone production by the adrenal cortex gland (Addison’s Disease) or adrenal failure (or insufficiency) results from a pituitary deficiency of ACTH (the hormone that stimulates production of Hydrocortisone by the adrenal gland). Replacement therapy is also required for people who have a congenital adrenal hyperplasia (a birth defect) or in cases where surgical removal of the gland (adrenalectomy) has been performed.

Flixotide: Flixotide evohaler, accuhaler, diskhaler and nebules all contain the active ingredient fluticasone propionate, which is a type of medicine known as a corticosteroid.

This medicine is known as a preventer and it should be taken regularly to prevent asthma attacks. It should not be used to relieve an asthma attack, as it will not work for this purpose. An asthma attack needs to be treated with a medicine that quickly opens the airways, such as salbutamol or terbutaline. These are known as relievers, and you should make sure you carry your reliever inhaler with you at all times to relieve an asthma attack if it happens. Consult your doctor if you need to use your reliever more frequently than normal, or if it becomes less effective at treating attacks, as this may indicate that your asthma is getting worse and your doctor may need to prescribe you another medicine.         More information can be read here
